These terms govern use of CodexTheme.dev. The site is a free resource: no purchase, subscription, or payment is required to browse, copy, or import any theme.

Free access

The public directory and all twenty-four themes in the collection may be browsed, copied into Codex, and imported without payment. Updates to the collection are published on the same terms while the site is operated. Availability of the collection is not a guarantee that any third-party application will operate forever.

Accounts

Keep account credentials confidential and provide an email address you control. Account sharing, credential resale, and automated bulk extraction of site payloads are prohibited.

Intellectual property

Original site content and native themes are licensed as stated on the licenses page. External Skin tools remain governed by their upstream repositories and licenses.

Prohibited activity

• Break applicable law or another party's rights.
• Circumvent access controls, redistribute theme payloads as a competing collection, or resell the collection.
• Interfere with the service, probe accounts you do not own, or distribute harmful code.
• Misrepresent an external Skin as first-party or ignore its upstream license.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. Codex updates can change theme compatibility, and third-party Skin tools can change independently. To the maximum extent allowed by law, CodexTheme.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
